The task force and the assessment team are moving quickly to complete the design of the survey instrument. They are testing the questions. The final revisions will be completed by October 30th. They need input from the Gamaliel Network. Your  comments will assist the task force and the assessment team in completing the survey instrument.

Just as the Gamaliel Network was invited to comment on the Process Planning Committee's Report (USE BACK BUTTON TO RETURN HOME), members of the network were invited to comment on draft questions for the assessment instrument. The questions are being revised on the basis of test interviews and your comments.

Some of those who were interviewed in the test believed they could have improved their input if they had been able to review the questions. The revised questions are posted here for your review before the interview.
