BOOK MARKS

A bookmark enables you to link to specific areas on a particular page.

a graphic, picture, or text may be a book mark.

Adding book marks to a page is a two step process.

• create the book mark by:
  
  selecting the text of graphic
  click on insert in tool bar, then click bookmark
  the bookmark dialog box will appear
  You may enter a descriptive name for the book mark if you wish
  Click OK
  Text bookmarks appear in your text in FrontPage as dashed underlines
  All the booksmarks on a particular page appear in the bookmark dialogue box.
   

• Create a link to the bookmark
  Select the text from which you wish to link to the bookmark.
  Click on the create a link button or right click your mouse and choose hyperlink
  Click on bookmark, second box in right hand column
  The bookmark list appears
  click the bookmark to which you wish to link
  Click OK
  FrontPage creates a link to the bookmark.
