These brochures and flyers are designed to work with the kind of printers
 that can be found in a Gamaliel Office, color inkjets and black & white inkjets and lasers..

Those who want to run multiple copies on their copy machine
should always choose the black and white option.

The printing utility in  Acrobat® Reader® is very versatile.

Study the printer dialogue box for options.

You may print a single copy or many.

If you want to print one two-sided brochure,
remove all but one sheet of paper from your printer.
When the first page is done printing,
replace the sheet in your printer so that it prints on the unprinted side.
How you do this depends on the path paper takes through your printer.

To print multiple copies of a two sided brochure. Set the number of copies.
First set the print range to print 1 of 1.
When the number of pages is completed, remove the extra paper from your printer,
and place the printed pages in your printers so the next page will print on the blank side. Set the range to print 2 of 2.

The materials currently available in the Print Shop were designed to be printed on bright white paper. These paper cost a little more  per ream. One ream will probably print all the brochure most of our organizations will need during the course of a year.

Some companies offer papers designed to print on two sides.
It is worth asking the salesperson to help you find this kind of paper.

The weight of the paper is also important.
Two sided brochures print best on 28 pound paper.
