• The Board Comprises representatives from each Cluster.

• For every multiple of three member churches, the cluster is allowed one rep on the board.
  The Board meets on a bi-monthly basis.

• The Board controls all finances of CBCO KwaZulu-Natal and collects the membership dues.

• Dues are set at R800 per annum or 1 percent of annual budget of the church.
