ABLE Leaders Meeting on May 29th

ABLE/Gamaliel exists to identify leaders, and then nurture, train, and develop those leaders so that together their voices can be heard.  We meet monthly on the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM.

This month we will be focusing on the need for universal health care.  Marguerite Rece from the Atlanta Friends Meeting and Debra Greenwood from the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Gwinnett will agitate us to support a single-payer universal health care system.

Congregations and organizations are encouraged to send four or more individuals who are interested in developing their leadership skills to the ABLE Leaders Meeting on Tues. May 29 at 7:00 PM at First Iconium Baptist Church, 542 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30316.

Greg Galluzzo, Executive Director of the Gamaliel Foundation, will be visiting from Chicago and will share his vision for a powerful grassroots organization to work for justice in our region.  Everyone is welcome!
