Happy New Year!

Please note that the 2008 ABLE Leadership Board Meetings will be held every 4^th Tuesday of each month at First Iconium Baptist Church, 542 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30316  from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Join us on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, as we lay out our 2008 Strategic Plan.  This meeting will also focus on our Issues Platform:  Healthcare Reform, Quality Public Education, and Comprehensive Immigration Reform as we begin to implement our three month action plan.

At the ABLE Planning Retreat on December 15, 2007, we decided to obtain signatures from members of our congregations and organizations on three petitions in January.  We also decided to meet with our state and federal politicians.  Each congregation and organization should bring to the Leadership Meeting a list of those politicians you plan to meet with.
