Community Organizer for Faith Based Organizations in Pilsen and Chicago Metro Area  

 

Pilsen Neighbors Community Council seeks bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking individuals to identify, train, and organize community leaders to address local and regional issues such as discrimination, immigrant rights, crime and joblessness. 

 

Successful candidates must be strategic thinkers, self-motivated, and have a deep desire to work for justice in our society.

 

Pilsen Neighbors Community Council is an affiliate of the Gamaliel of Metro Chicago and the Gamaliel Foundation, a network of forty-five power organizations in the US.  Salary $25 to $35K or based on experience.
